At closing, Wardson Construction Inc. will provide a warranty package which includes:

  • List of sub-contractors and vendors for your home.
  • Homeowner care and maintenance tips.
  • All individual product warranties used in your home.
  • In the 11th month after closing, you’ll forward a list of needed adjustments to be completed by our warranty service department.
  • During the first year, should items arise that need immediate attention, you should call our office. We will also provide you with an after-hours contact number for emergencies.
